We currently ship to the U.S and the U.S. Territories.

  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays.
  • Please allow 4-7 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped
  • You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

HOW IT WORKS

  • You have 14 days from delivery to try your product

  • Not in love? Submit a return request by emailing customercare@tantorcosmetics.com or using the contact form at the bottom of this page

  • We’ll help you with a store credit, exchange, or refund

THE DETAILS 

  • Valid on first-time orders only

  • Limit 1 trial per customer or household

  • Product must be at least halfway full

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Order number required

A FEW NOTES

  • Shipping costs aren’t refundable

  • We may ask for a quick photo before approving your return

  • Bundles should be returned together

  • We keep an eye on returns to prevent misuse
