90-Day Worry-Free Guarantee

Don't love your TanTor lip care? You have 90 days from delivery to let us know, and we'll make it right with a refund, exchange or store credit.

How It Works

Email customercare@tantorcosmetics.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number. We may ask for a quick photo before approving your request.

The Details

  • Products should be at least half full.
  • Bundles should be returned together.
  • Shipping costs aren't refundable.
  • Subscription orders and items marked final sale aren't covered.
  • Valid on first-time orders, one per customer or household.
  • We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the spirit of this guarantee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@tantorcosmetics.com and we'll take care of it.
