For Defining Your Lips: Beginning at the center of your upper lip, draw a thin line following the natural shape of your lip line to the outer edges. Repeat the process on your lower lip. For a more natural look, slightly smudge the line with a lip brush or your fingertip. If you wish to make your lips appear fuller, draw slightly outside your natural lip line.. For a Bold, Lipstick Effect: After outlining your lips, use the same Chubby Lip Liner Pencil to fill in your lips. Start from the center and work your way outward, filling in all areas within the lip lines you've drawn. • For added shine or a moisturized feel, apply gloss from our collection over your lip color.
