For Defining Your Lips: Beginning at the center of your upper lip, draw a line following the natural shape of your lip line to the outer edges. Repeat the process on your lower lip. For a more natural look,slightly smudge the line with a lip brush or your fingertip. If you wish to make your lips appear fuller, draw slightly outside your natural lip line. For a Bold, Lipstick Effect: After outlining your lips, use the same Chubby Lip Liner Pencil to fill in your lips.
